All data stored on the local inference appliance is encrypted using AES-256 GCM. Keys are managed via your internal HSM (Hardware Security Module) or a dedicated key management server, ensuring we never have access to your decryption keys.

Do you require outbound internet access? expand_more

No. The Tumz Pro appliance is designed for "air-gapped" environments. While an outbound connection can facilitate easier updates, it is not required for the core functionality of the AI models. Updates can be applied manually by your IT staff.

Can we audit the model's decision logs? expand_more

Yes. Every inference request generates a detailed audit log containing the input timestamp, model version, decision output, and confidence score. These logs are formatted for ingestion into standard SIEM tools like Splunk or Datadog.

What Kenyan systems do you integrate with? expand_more
